Free Cork Affordable Homes Information Evenings, 18th and 25th February

Cork County Council invites first time buyers interested in learning more about the affordable homes scheme and the affordable homes available in the South Cork area to attend a free information evening.

Two information evenings are being held on Wednesday 18th and 25th February from 4-8pm at the County Hall, Cork.

A wide variety of affordable homes are currently available in the South Cork area starting from €125,000 and include one, two and three bedroom apartments, terraced, semi-detached and detached houses.  All affordable homes are provided at a discount to the market value. The level of discount can vary, however it is generally in the order of 15-25%.
 
Representatives from lending institutions will also be in attendance to discuss mortgage options with those who are interested in purchasing an affordable home.
