Affordable Homes in County Wicklow

Affordable homes are provided by Wicklow Local Authorites to help people who want to buy a home in the County Wicklow area but cannot afford to buy on the open market.   If you want to apply, check that you meet the criteria below, download the application form available on this page and return it to the Council.
 

To Qualify for an Affordable Home

You should:

• be a first time buyer (certain exceptions apply)
• be in full time employment for at least 12 months or self employed for at least 2 years
• earn no more than €50,000. (certain criteria apply)
