Affordable Homes in South Dublin County Council Area
Affordable homes are provided by South Dublin County Council to help people who want to buy a home in the area covered by South Dublin County Council which includes- Tallaght, Templeogue, Rathfarnham, Clondalkin, Rathcoole, Saggart, Newcastle, Palmerstown, Adamstown and Lucan.

To Qualify for an Affordable Home
You should
- be a first time buyer (certain exceptions apply)
- be in full time employment for at least 6 months or self employed for at least 2 years
- earn up to €58,000 as a single applicant (during the previous tax year) or if there are 2 people earning an income, please calculate as follows: Add 2½ times the larger income plus 1 times the smaller income. If the total does not exceed €145,000, then you are eligible to apply
