To Qualify for an Affordable Home
You should:
- be a first time buyer (certain exceptions apply)
- be in full time employment for at least 6 months or self employed for at least 2 years
- earn between €25,000 and €58,000 as a single applicant or up to €100,000 combined income if you are applying with someone else.
